Week 2 Perfectionism, Shame, and Other Parenting Self-Sabotages- Recognize and reframe your cognitive blocks that have derailed your parenting.
Week 3 Optimizing Your Daily Routine- Design a plan to discover more time, energy, and meaning in your day.
Week 4 Play Station, Playdates, and Pandemics: Strategic Parenting- Understand some of the most common issues confronting kids and how you can support your kids through them.
Week 5 Finding Self-Renewal- Build a plan for incorporating self-renewal into your daily routine.
Week 6 Designing Your Next Steps- Identify the next steps you will take to continue building and sustaining the whole self you envision.
